  I went for a trim and three colors. Libby did an incredible job and was super cool, friendly, and welcoming! I will definitely go back for everything under the sun!

  I was charged $175 to have 6 highlights placed. I asked for all over bayalage highlights. They put bleach in my hair, washed it, dried it and said I was done. I was in such shock when I left I could't say anything. I look terrible. They didn't even tone it. I have no idea what the $175 is for because they didn't use any product except for a minimal amount of bleach. I had to attend a major work function looking like I was practiced on by a teenager. I went back into the salon to have my concerns addressed and they assured me a manager would call me. I still haven't spoken to a manager and I've called in twice. They set me up for another consult to have it fixed in a week. Seriously? I have to walk around looking like this for a week? I could go to another salon and have it fixed for less money but I need the money from my hack job back to get it done. I am a mother and rarely treat myself to a hair do. Taking this much time to try to fix something that should have been handled already it beyond irritating. I'm frustrated, disappointed, embarrassed and upset that I even have to go back at all.

  Meg gave me the best hair cut I have ever had. She was educated, by that I mean she knew exactly what problems I faced with my wild untamable curly hair. She also knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

  I have been to Urban Vintage on 2 occasions and have LOVED my hair and the whole experience both times. Jess and her staff certainly know how to pamper someone and make us look and feel beautiful!. I've seen Jess herself and Ken.both were the best stylists I've ever been to! Color was amazing, cut was perfect for my face shape and nothing I would have chosen on my own. Thank you for opening this wonderful shop in small town Marion, we are lucky to have you.

  Urban Vintage is the salon I always go back to. I have never had a bad experience here. I have had three of the stylists cut my hair to date. The stylists know what they're doing and go out of their way to show you genuine warmth and love for what they do! The price is worth it, trust me! You will leave looking awesome and feeling good about yourself. I recommend this place to men and women alike.
