I am writing this review so everyone knows about my poor experience with this “spa.” I was going to be a first time customer of this establishment. I scheduled an appointment one month in advance on their online scheduling system. A few days prior to the appointment, I received a voicemail from them that they had to cancel it. No reason was given nor an apology for the inconvenience. They left 2 other options for rescheduling that couldn’t work given my work schedule. I called back and left a message stating those times wouldn’t work and when I’d be available for rescheduling. I explained I’d be even willing to wait a month or two if needed but I needed a Friday morning or afternoon appointment. They never called back. Each day I left a new message and each day I never heard back from them. I then got an e-mail conformation about my appointment they called to cancel. I called again and e-mailed because I didn’t want them to think I no showed for an appointment they had told me was cancelled. It’s been 3 weeks since that time and I’ve still yet to hear from them, even after 5 calls and a e-mail! They’ve never answered their phone. I wonder if they are even open anymore.

They clearly do not value their customers. In this economy they should be honored to have my business. Furthermore, with all the other spas in the area, it’s vital to set yourself apart from your competition. They set themselves apart for being awful. Luckily for me, I was able to find an amazing spa in Manchester that will always get my business now. As much as I would love to put that spa on here, I don’t want my review to interpreted as trying to promote another spa. My purpose is to warn people about the Loft Salon & Spa. They don’t deserve your money nor your time, look elsewhere!
