My lashes were amazing on my right eye but once the person placing my lashes saw that another person was waiting she rushed through my left eye. All of the lashes on my left eye were crisscrossed over each other and some were placed upside down so they went directly in my eyeball. I was not impressed and will never come back here.

The customer service is fantastic. I was able to get booked the day of and everyone was very friendly, especially my lash tech Dominique.
Unfortunately my lashes hardly lasted over a week, even with proper care and following the strict regimen. I've had lashes done before elsewhere last me well over 3 weeks, but these fell out pretty quickly. I was disappointed that for the wedding I planned to attend 12 days after getting the lashes done, over half of the lashes had fallen out.response / report this review -

Edit: The owner contacted me and offered to do my lashes over and I am very pleased with my results! I'm not sure what happened the first time, but 2 weeks out and barely any shedding, still full, and looks very natural. The customer service here is awesome! Will definitely be back for my fill and to try more services!
I went in to get my lash extensions via Groupon deal, and they were beautiful for the first week. Then, by the second week most of them were gone even after doing the recommended maintenance for them. Would definitely go back and maybe try a different Tech, because I was hoping these would last longer. I've seen lashes last at least 3-4 weeks at other places, and even without a touch-up they still look a little full. So yes, I was disappointed when my lashes were nearly all gone after the first week.response / report this review -

I never write reviews, especially negative ones. I received an automated text two days before my appointment as a reminder. I arrived early and was not greeted but instead was immediately asked in an annoyed tone "do you have an appointment?". I answered with my name and time of the appointment. I was told that I did not have an appointment and even if I did the salon was about to close and she was not going to do my lashes because she was with someone and did not have time. Extremely confused, I showed the reminder text as proof. I was then told my appointment was cancelled because I was called about an update to my service and did not answer. This never happened. I have no calls from this business, no voicemail, nothing. The only communication I had received was the automated reminder text. I was given a long winded explanation that was completely not relevant to why I was not informed that my appointment was cancelled and it seemed like it was just a strange attempt for the manager and the technician to unapologetically cover the other one's butt. Neither of them tried to reconcile the situation. I didn't raise a fuss because there are dozens of other lash salons in the area that I will give my business to who can efficiently manage their books and professionally communicate with their clients. I left knowing that this salon will not be around five years from now if this is how they handle business.

I am in the military and new to the area. I called as a courtesy to let them know I would be late because I got lost. I proceeded to tell Jazzmin I drove almost 40 minutes and I have only been in the area a week so I do not know my way around. I told her I was going to be running 5-7 minutes late for my appointment because my GPS kept rerouting me. She proceeds to tell me a company policy that I was never informed of that if I'm late I can't be seen. I have never been turned around because of circumstances outside of my control or calling to say I am running a few minutes behind. I will never give this wax bar my business and will never reccommend them to anyone else while stationed here. You just lost a potentially loyal customer. This is how you treat those that serve your country just awful. Do not give this place your business !

I absolutely love this place! I've been getting lash extensions for over 5 years and since I travel a lot for business I've had them done all over- Chicago, Vegas, New York and other salons in Kansas City prior to finding Tasha at KC Lashes. Once I found KC Lashes I never went anywhere else again! Tasha and Jazzmin are so much more knowledgeable and skilled than any other lash technicians I have ever worked with and they only use the highest quality products. That makes such a difference. My lashes look amazing, stay on great and I literally get compliments on them daily! I started going here just for lash extensions but now I get all my waxing and facial services here as well because they are simply better than the previous salons I was using. I have very high standards for service in general and I cannot recommend this place enough- I really look forward to my appointments and always leave feeling beautiful and pampered!!

I relish the idea of well manicured & flirtatious eyelashes. And I'm extremely picky when it comes to any type of beauty service. I want the best, and seek out ONLY the best. That's why I've been going to KC Lashes for the past 4 years. Tasha is amazing!!! Always extremely professional, kind & most importantly - EXCEPTIONALLY great at what she does! She's so detail oriented & a perfectionist to boot. Her meticulous technique is performed in a sanitary environment which always gets bonus points with me. . She only uses quality products & doesn't hesitate to educate me on how to properly maintain my lash extensions in addition to caring for & keeping my own lashes healthy. I'm always amazed at how gorgeous & natural my lashes look. Tasha's my usual lash artist, but I have also had superior services with Jazzmin and one other lash artist. Both were super friendly & highly skilled. I would recommend KC Lashes & Brow Bar to anyone looking for an extraordinary experience.

This place is AMAZING. I've been getting lashes from KC Lash for five years now and always have the best experience. Tasha and Jazzmin are professional and kind and always go above and beyond for me. I leave looking like I have a million long luscious lashes each and every time. I rarely go out without someone noticing them, and usually they think I'm just blessed in the genetics department (that's how meticulously done they are each time). HIGHLY recommend this company, I can't express how pleased I am with their work!!

Looking for the zero star option. I would just like to warn people of how unprofessional this 'business' is. They use cheap amazon glue for their $250 full sets. If you want to have your wallet raped and be robbed blind, walk in and they will show you how it's done. The employee turnover speaks volumes. I would recommend finding a little compassion and focusing energy and money on bettering services. Ironic the only positive review came from the owner herself.

Really bad experience!! Had someone "new" doing mine and my sister's brows. They were uneven and a terrible shape. Went in the bathroom immediately and washed them off as much as we could. I would never go back!! Beware
