A coworker highly recommended this place too me as I was complaining about sore muscles. I was a little unsure about going because I'm not a "spa" type of guy. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. It was very warm and inviting with a very friendly staff that created me at the door. My massage therapist was Chad. I was very very pleased with his level of professionalism and skill during my 80 minute massage. It was so much more than I was expecting. I felt so much better afterwards. I was skeptical on whether or not it would actually help but 3 days later I still feel great. I rebooked with him in 2 weeks.

I have been going to Innovations for facials and massage for many years and have always found everyone on the staff to be friendly and accomodating. Jackie at the front desk has always been very accomodating getting me scheduled, Lauren does a great facial and Marcia has always given me great massages. I would recommend Innovations to anyone wanting excellent service.

I get my hair done by Lauren at Innovations, she does a fabulous job!! I have never had so many compliments on my hair color ever. I went from blonde to red and she did a wonderful job. Lauren takes her time with the consultation every time I go in. I moved to New Hampshire about 2 years ago, tried another salon that was more expensive and gave me a terrible haircut. Very happy with the service I have received:)
