  This place is pretty awesome. If your looking for a spot for your kid to pump out some energy indoors, they should come here.
  
  I had a rough time with the computer sign-in process, but someone came up to me from staff to help me with the waiver and whole process. Staff is literally everywhere to help kids, but also your accountable for your children and it's a trampoline park.
  
  My kid is 4 and she can't wait to go again, so as long as your kid is at least 41" tall the little ones can come too! They have specific sections for 7 and under, and the staff is really good about helping keep the bigger kids away from the smaller ones. (as best they are able)
  
  One way to improve this establishment might be to add more games in their video games section for the price of a game card, or remove the video games section altogether for more active play activities. The game cards are way pricey for the 4 or 5 games they have. Easily avoidable.

  My daughter needed to release and refresh so today was her day to let it out and just be a kid. She loved UA. She truly enjoyed just jumping and playing herself out. A few of the employees were courteous and helpful. Some just walked by and didn't say a word. It didn't bother me. It was my first time here and although smaller than what we are used to, it was still nice none the less.

  My son spent more than 15 minutes trying to move in the ropes, for a long time he was crying and having a crisis, there was no one in charge in the ropes area and I had no way to help him, I went to ask for help at the front desk and this woman yelled at me without even listening to me, I really went to ask for help, they should have people in charge at each station and treat customers better, I paid to come here, I deserve respect and good service. I did not disrespect anyone, I went to ask for help. This woman is disrespectful, she needs education.

  It is big enough for so many games. Socks are provided to keep clean and safe
  There is also space upstairs for parties.

  Visit thr Urban Air Dallas on a family day event by Globant. The kids enjoyed lot of activities, especially the rope course and rock wall climbing.
  
  The cheese pizza 🍕 was great.
  Parking is available free of cost.
