  I moved into a new home and the air conditioning was not working at all. It turned out that there was a major leak in the American Standard evaporator coil. I tried to get my Home Warranty company to deal with the issue and they sent me several contractors who were very frustrating to deal with and claimed that they could not complete the job.
  
  That's when I got in touch with Phoenix. They were awesome. Not only did they take care of everything with the repair (which was pretty complicated because they needed to order a part from the factory), but they also helped me deal with the Home Warranty company. Holly and Sam communicated very clearly and professionally. I always felt like they were really on my side and wanted to get my issues fixed quickly with a high quality of work. The actual repairs went very smoothly. Tyler and Mike were both very professional. Everything is now working great and I was happy with the overall cost. I would definitely be happy to hire them again in the future.

  I highly recommend this company for their work, service, and staff. Very professional and reliable. Answered all my questions and concerns. Work done on time, and they have a policy and warranty for any needed adjustments. I was especially impressed with their technician Jade. She adjusted my problem to my satisfaction with great knowledge and solutions. She gave her time with generosity and concern for my satisfaction. The company has an employee to be very proud of with Jade.

  I would absolutely recommend this company. They are professional, responsive, and great at what they do. The are clear in their communication and fair in their pricing. They care about each of their customers expierence and I can tell they work to earn life long customers. I have done five incredibly complex jobs with them and they are consistently bringing their best to the table. Great job Phoenix Air
