  I recently purchased a newly built home in Wesley Chapel, I have only lived in the home for 4 months and had a huge water leak that ran from my front entry, into my living room dining room to my kitchen and kitchen eat in. My builder had their own remediation company come out tear down half of my house take down my kitchen cabinets, stove, microwave etc. In the end they did not want to complete the job in the kitchen. I hired Tampa bay mold to come out and give an unbiased opinion take samples and give me a full report. David was super informative did his diligence and took mold samples. This company was great to work with start to finish. Everyone in the front office was extremely nice and easy to work with during a time of frustration and chaos. Results came in sooner than expected, thank you David for that. Choosing Tampa Bay mold will help you sleep at night knowing they take their time to discover the issues and have solutions. Mold is deadly and not something to mess around with. Wish my builder would have taken samples opposed to lets just get the job done. 5 stars, all around. Want a company that cares, call them! Grateful for all your help!

  Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Explained how running my AC with the fan always on was the source of my high humidity problems.

  We have used Tampa Bay Mold on several of our projects, not only is there price more than fair, the service and quality was second to none. Over the 20 years in business we have used several compnies but this is our MAIN go to for Mold inspection and removal. Highly reccommend them!!!
