Discovering a flooded garage is how our morning began. In less than four hours from my call to Klein Heating and cooling Jefferson City, we had a brand new water heater and our day was back to normal. One technician arrived with all the equipment and parts required for a complete installation. New plumbing and gas fittings were provided along with all hardware and misc. materials to ensure the new tank meets all local Building Codes. He was very personable and was obviously very qualified and professional. He happily answered my questions and made sure I was familiar with the various temp settings and function codes before he left. Cost for our new 50gal. Tank was very reasonable. I highly recommend Klein Heating and cooling

Our Technologist from Klein Heating and cooling was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out on a Saturday, no extra weekend charge. And removed and installed a new water heater. He was kind and we appreciated his hard work. So blessed to have kind professional people who clean up after the work is done. And nice to have hot water so quickly after discovering a broken water heater. Same day! We’ve used this company for years now and only have wonderful things to say, we keep using them that says a lot these days, right? Thanks you wonderful service.

I recently hired Klein Heating and cooling to replace 2 shut-off valves for our washing machine as well one for our outside faucet. All three shut-offs were seized and were in need of replacement. Klein Heating and cooling technician was able to provide me with a quote right away by text after sending him pictures of the shut-offs that needed replacing. He is great to deal with! His pricing is very competitive and his work is first-rate. I strongly recommend this company for your plumbing issues.

When my water heater died, I called my trusted plumber, who referred me to Klein Heating and cooling. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, explained exactly what I needed. He gave a few options regarding extras and explained those as well. He did an excellent installation job, and made sure that everything was working properly when we turned the water back on (bleeding out air from pipes, etc). . I’d definitely use them again, and would recommend them to friends and family

From consultation to install Klein Heating and cooling was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. He put together a very competitive package to suit my needs and was involved every step of the way. Once details were locked down the install crew arrived the very next morning and finished a full system install, to include moving the thermostat at my request, in a single day. Being new to the homeowner experience, it was a relief to have a company genuinely interested in doing right by me. Ready for a cool summer!
