Our experience at university volkswagen was absolutely amazing. Everyone was very nice and very respectful workout being pushy at all. My son had never been happier after being helped by or salesman Keith Robinson. Would recommend to anyone interested in a Volkswagen or a Mazda.

I came in for an oil change and I needed to have my sunroof lubricated so I can actually open and close it again. I had an appointment for the oil change and was informed the sunroof may need a different appointment but they would let me know either way. Got the oil changed, fluids topped off and tires balanced but they forgot about my sunroof. They were friendly, fast and made a cool video of my car showing me what they were looking for. Luckily I had a $20 off coupon that brought my total to $67. I’m happy with the service other than the oversight of my sunroof, would’ve been really nice to get it all done in one visit like I had anticipated.

Went in to trade in my old Mazda, that I bought here in 2013, and was in and out in just a few hours. Super easy process, great salesman, Jeff Castle, and even got a few pair of earring and a free ball cap for my son. I have always had great service here. This is the third car I have bought from University Volkswagen and I don't ever plan on going any where else. Thank you! I love my new Jetta 😍

We really enjoyed working with Austin. He was extremely informed about the vehicle we were looking at, and provided us with all the information we needed to make our decision. He bent over backwards to keep in touch with us during the process. Between Austin and Rocky we feel we got a great deal and are very happy with our Mazda CX-5! Such a wonderful vehicle-- thanks guys!!

My son’s Mazda 6 had to be brought in due to an airbag recall. He is going to college 80 miles away from the closest Mazda dealership. Please recognize that it took a total of 4 hours of my personal time to drive down to get this vehicle, drive back to my city where there is a Mazda dealership, then arrange to have someone drive down with me to drop the vehicle off and get home. After all of this coordination, University Mazda still required one full week to get the car in to repair a recall that was “life threatening”. I got the car dropped off and asked the mechanic if it would be ready in an hour, as my recall notice stated the repair would take less than an hour. He laughed and asked who told me that, at which point I pulled the Mazda recall flyer out of my purse and showed him. He then told me the repair would take at least 2-3 hours. This was a little frustrating, but at least I would be able to return the car to my son by the weekend. I get a called to check the status of the vehicle at the end of the day and I’m told that the car would not be ready until for another 7 Days. Apparently they had not ordered all of the required parts for the recall despite the fact that I gave them the vehicle VIN number and recall notice number from the flyer. I was becoming quite frustrated at this point, particularly as the rack and pinion had gone out on my personal vehicle and my personal (not Mazda) mechanics were able to order the part and utilize the six hours of labor to have my car ready for me within 24 hours. When I called Mazda the following week for a status update on my son’s car (yes, I had to call them!), I was told a mistake had been made ordering my parts and the vehicle SHOULD be ready in another 2 Days. Fortunately, I was called mid afternoon on this day and my son’s car was ready for pick up by the end of the work day. Two thumbs down for University Mazda. I plan to never buy another Mazda if this is how they deal with recalls that are considered to be “life threatening”.

We had an outstanding experience purchasing our new vehicle. No pressure was put on us, which I appreciated. We were kept informed every step of the way as my vehicle was located and delivered. My satisfaction was a priority to David, Sammy and Matthew and they were willing to do whatever it took to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. I love my new vehicle!

I know every one shuns at buying a car, My wife and I have been searching for one for about four months. We have been to every car dealer in Albuquerque and 90 percent of them were pushy and a holes. They did not want to work with me or my wife and we were buying her car. She was the one who was making the decisions about what she wanted or liked, but they focused their attention on me.not her. Sammy did everything they didn't do, I had a double five star experience working with Sammy and Matt his manager. They were freaking awesome they took care of us and our every need. The best part about it was we were buying the least expensive car in the lot and they treated us like we were the king and queen and buying twenty of them.Don't worry if you go there ask for Sammy he is a great guy no pressure and he works with you, and will try to get you out the door with a car. I hate buying a car but they made buying it pleasurable. Once again a customer always comes back when he or she is treated very well. I don't think we will have that problem I think I will always go back to university volkswagon.
    Thanks
    Nate

The sales representative was excellent. I would recommend this dealership to others who are looking at buying. The sales rep. was professional, valued my time, listened to my needs, and provided me with the car I needed. The whole purchase took less than 1 hour from start to finish. The finance department had me in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Evan was our salesman and he was very friendly. He spent a lot of time with us helping us find the car we wanted. When we decided to purchase a Mazda 3 with a stick shift he suggested I try and drive it first since I told him it had been 25 years since I'd driven a stick. I appreciated his suggestion and found out I still knew how to drive a stick and felt more comfortable with my decision. Way to go Evan! Thanks for all your help. Best car buying experience.

Great! Professional, fast, comfortable, not pushy and gave me a great deal with tons of discounts pretty much right off the bat (I had shopped around). Gave me a bunch for my trade. Friendly staff. Nick was great to work with. I highly recommend.

I've been a University Mazda customer for 8 years and have been so pleased with the expert service I receive there. The service personnel treat me like a VIP every time I take my Mazda in for repairs or service. I especially like the video sent to my iphone which covers all of the items completed and informs me of any possible future concerns. The folks are friendly, professional and accommodating to my schedule. They treat me and my Mazda with tender, loving care and make me feel as though I am their ONLY customer, even on busy days. I'm very thankful to all of the great mechanics on their team, and I give special thanks to Adam for making my visits there so pleasant.
