  ordered a tonneau cover online for my truck for an upcoming move. was going to do install myself, however movers packed the house up. i called about the order, and the day it came in they were able to juggle their schedule to accommodate the install.

  So I ordered seat covers and they came I the wrong color.. sales person says " yeah we really don't do catalog orders you just go on line now". $400.00. They say "We ordered the right part." nothing else there you go. Stuck with them.

  Very easy to deal with and parts are at a fair market rste, Service is good as well. Its not common to carry Toyota parts for most places but its pretty diversified.

  Bought a set of Method wheels for my truck from this place. Just missed a discount offered until a few days before I purchased, so I figured I'd ask if they'd extend the offer for me. They said they couldn't offer anything below retail so I decided to just pay full price. They took my card # and ordered the wheels in, then I noticed on their web site that they offer guaranteed price matching. I found a reputable online company with a $50 cheaper price (free shipping and no tax), but they didn't give me back any money off my full price purchase. Every interaction I had with folks in sales or service was enough of an effort that I figured it wasn't worth $50 to pursue it any more.
  When they installed my wheels they forgot to put the spare back on or into the truck. When I came back to pick it up the guy behind the counter barely bothered to motion toward the wheel. I had to wheel it out and load it up myself, no apology or offer to help.
  Now the left front wheel is making a clunking noise it didn't make before, and they want to schedule me more than a week out to just take a look at it.
  I would NOT recommend this shop.

  Its a chain store with the basics availablestaff are always good to deal with. Not sure on the shop as I have never used them.

  The worst online service I've ever seen, I bought shocks online from them on the second and have yet to receive them and they don't even bother sending a email saying oh sorry for the wait no nothing I'm down $300 do your self a favor and never buy from them never ever you'll just waist money and get nothing I wish I could rate them lower then 1 Star I don't even want to see the name 4wheel parts ever again

  Girl at the desk couldn't be of any assistance. When I inquired regarding my 2017 Tacoma. I had a few previous opinions regarding the suspension upgrades available for my Truck. She said I was being rude when showing her a picture of the upgrade package I saw online. So I apologized to her And will take my business somewhere else. I had spoke to Phillip yesterday and went in to get my lift from him. However, it was a trashy expierence to say the least once I visited the location. I am in the automotive industry and will never recommend this place to any of my clientele.
