This floral company immediately sent some flowers when I purchased them. I can tell that their florist is really skilled at her profession since she was able to arrange the arrangement of roses that I had immediately purchased. It was done brilliantly, and my heartfelt thanks go to the folks who made it possible. Incredible, indeed! Keep up the fantastic job!

A week ago, I was searching for an affordable and excellent flower shop near me. Thankfully, I found you offering what I needed. I was so happy when your staff made an incredible bouquet. I ordered 5 bouquets from this store and told them exactly what are my requirements and I even mentioned that I don't want the flowers in the vase cuz I have to carry them to the graduation ceremony and they guarantee that they will make it perfect.However，as I received the flowers，they were all in the vase and I had no time to rearrange. When I called them they said that each bouquet over 75$ can be wrapped like bouquet. Okay then again I ordered one bouquet over 75$，but it was still in a vase！As a result，they guarantee to refund 40$ overall，but I ordered over 500$ for the flowers！UGH！I'll never ever come to this store！

I emailed them after the placement of my order with a last minute color change of the flowers and they emailed me back within minutes that they would be able to accommodate me! Definitely provided exceptional customer service with prompt response and fast and easy delivery. Thank you again, the flowers are beautiful! Will definitely be ordering from them again!

We are extremely happy with all the flowers Lisa and Andrey made for our wedding! Lush, modern, and elegant. Table centerpieces had a hint of mint mixed in with the flowers and the aroma was unbelievable. I am not very familiar with the varieties of flowers available, and Lisa was great to read my mind as she did just what I pictured in my imagination!

Family owned for 87 years! It is immediately apparent the minute they pick up the phone! Don't be fooled by florists who look like a mom-and-pop store but are really Teleflora type businesses. Olivia and Andy went out of their way to get my friend the flowers when she was in the hospital and did so within the last two hours of the day. The flowers are gorgeous and she loves them. I highly recommend this florist!!! I will never use another in the New York City area!! Thank you both so much!
