I was taken care of Cindy and she was phenomenal. She gave me everything I needed and wanted. Amazing customer service and I will definitely be going back and referring friends and family.

Caveat Emptor! Cindy and Jonathan convinced me to take a tablet that I did not want or need, assuring me repeatedly that the line access fee would only be $1 per month. When I received the bill (after the 14-day return period had passed), lo and behold, the charge was $20 per month and the fee to terminate would be $175. Verizon customer service got the store on the phone and Cindy was extremely rude and literally laughed about it. I don't think Cindy will be working there for much longer, but I will not be going back there and neither should you.

Caroline helped my girlfriend and I set up our new Google Pixel phones. I can say this has been one of the best experiences shopping in a Verizon store. I normally go to corporate stores but Caroline showed kindness and understanding to our needs when it comes to new phones and getting us set up. I highly recommend going here for your Verizon needs!

The people there we're very welcoming, they didn't have lines like the other Verizon locations. The staff in there knows their stuff. Go to Caroline, she will take care of you. Took care of me and my 4 lines.

The guys here were extremely nice in helping me purchase my new iPhone. They switched my stuff over for me and applied the very hard to put on screen protector all while being patient and entertaining. Great customer service!

Full of cheap, faulty items that are way overpriced. Bought a car charger here for $30+ that had a life cycle of 1 month. Was a hassle to exchange it and then as expected it broke again. I was told it had no warranty so I was S.O.L. Went to the Verizon store in Washingtown township and was able to find a car charger for $22 that had a lifetime warranty. Never coming here again.
