Stopped into the Unversity Coop in San Antonio to buy a gift the selections were outstanding! The customer service was great. I will defiantly be back to shop at this store!!!

I visited the store to purchase a gift for a toddler boy. I was the only customer in the store, and there were three workers present. At no time did they approach me and ask if I needed help. I circled the children's section several times (since they had so few options for boys) and I'm sure looked completely at a loss. Finally, I headed up to the front with a t-shirt, pajamas, socks, and a small football, all of which cost over $61. The lady checking me out asked if I found everything okay, to which I replied, 'Not really.' She didn't even blink or ask me what I was looking for, and continued to ring me up and accept my payment. As a true orange-blood and avid Longhorns fan, I would've hoped for better service at the Co-op. No wonder the store was empty. Very disappointing!!!!

Store hours suck. Close at 6pm daily. Otherwise its okay.

The selection is very limited and it seems the prices are much higher than last year.
