I sold my gun here. Basically i gave them my gun for cheap got nothing for it then looked around a saw a gun like mine selling for 3x the amount of my gun that i just sold them. Never comming to this place ever again. Not buying or selling.

Great service and selection! No question was left unanswered. They gave me extra information, and never made me feel bad for asking a basic question. I wish all gun shops were like this.

Went in to buy a gun. Heard they had a nice variety. That they did. I went in and greeted the gentleman at the front desk. And he just stared at me. No reply. Then I saw a gun I wanted for my wife's birthday gift and waited patiently for the gentleman to be done with another customer. He looked me in my eyes as he put a firearm back in the case and walked off. I said excuse me I need to see a gun. He ignored me. And continued walking. So I followed him and asked to see the firearm I had my eye on. And he just seemed bothered by me. I felt like if I was in the wrong store. I give one star for horrible customer service. But they did have a selection of guns you don't see to of then. But I would rather spend my money else where.

Very disappointed. I went to sell a shotgun, I was given a price they'd buy it for over email. When I got there, they reneged on the price and gave me half what the told me. This was my first experience here. I will not come back. Your word is everything in business.

We're visiting Texas and saw the gun shop on the side of the freeway. So we stopped. Great shop with a bunch of AWESOME people working in there. Even though we really couldn't but much, they were all wanting to help. Customer service at it's finest.

Have made over $5k in purchases here at Dury's. Their prices are higher than others, but their customer service is superlative. Felix Lara in particular has always gone above and beyond to help me out - occasionally I will stop in just to say hi and catch up and look around. They have a wide selection, and were extremely helpful when a new SIG 1911 I purchased from them had issues out of the box - they shipped it back to SIG in New Hampshire for me to get it fixed. I cannot recommend them enough, and I always feel guilty buying a firearm from any other store. All businesses could learn a thing or two from Dury's customer service, store layout, inventory, and overall experience. It really feels like you're walking into some place special when you come here.

My God this place if you're a gun guy here is the place to be. Such helpful and friendly staff the overall experience was great these guys will try to help you find what you want and they give great conversation. Steve Britz went the extra mile helped me find and M1 Garand I wanted even brought out every one they had in stock

Always get good service when buying firearms from them. Prices are competitive but slightly higher than others. They will haggle a little on prices if you asked for a little help or savings but don't tell them I told you. Haha
