  4:49PM on a Friday. I am running across the parking lot with 5 boxes and I thought this employee and I make eye contact. He closed the door on me and locks it saying they close at 5. If I didn't drop one of those boxes, I would have maybe made it. I think the guy could have at least let me in seeing as how I was trying to get in. Just a warning They do not open on time but they do close on time.

  Staff told me repeatedly I could not get my p.o.box because of I'd. Their own paper said one photo I.d one non photo I.d and I had my state I.d. and a bunch of things like credit card and medical card and finally my government EBT card. The paper said pay stub or government check were acceptable. The EBT card had my name on it. I tried my best to get them to take it. They refused. Then I talked to a manager and he was like oh yeah we take that. Instantly. Like he did it every day. This was really important, telling me I couldn't have a p.o.box would have impacted my life strongly. The attitude was I was an idiot for trying but in the end I was right. If I had given up.
  
  They are even worse. Have a giant man for manager that won't even let you speak. I had to call the police to keep them from sending a valuable package back. And they still didn't give it to me, saying my tracking number was bad, but I had the invoice in hand and it was to my name. They played games with a thousand dollars

  People here aren't bright i had a package that had to be delivered in lomita the next city away and they processed it knowingly that it wasn't in the right city so after attempting and failing to deliver they returned it all the way to los Angeles instead of sending it to the next city overwhich was less than a mile away.and now my package is lost.thank you very much

  I absolutely love going here the employees really get to know there residents/customers. I've been been going here for 4 years everyone knows me great customer services and the manager is very involved. Love it ! Keep up the good work
