  This review is WAY Overdue In April, of 2022, my wife and I found the travel trailer model that we wanted online at United RV in Texas half-way across the US (the specific Grand Surveyor was not a West Coast model).
  So, I reached out to Mikee and everything got rolling Numerous phone calls, emails, and a flight to Texas to see that trailer in April (2022) and meet the Untied RV team = it was all Extraordinary. Mikee, "RV Marty", Kimberly Lynn, Trip White, Phil, the Parts and Service Team members treated was with great personal care and respect.
  We purchased the trailer in April, but we were not able to drive out and pick up the trailer until June. We had the United RV team add Sumo Springs and a Slide Topper, and we had them store the trailer for us until we could drive out to Texas to pick it up.
  Though we had considered other options - HANDS DOWN our choice to purchase this (our first) travel trailer through United RV, including the drive to and from Fort Worth Texas, was an exceptional experience and we would not hesitate to do it again.

  I recently bought (2) rooftop AC's. Their pricing was good. I received the units and upon installation 1 of the units had a shroud that was broken right out of the box. The boxes arrived in decent shape, showing no sign of droppage or damage. The United response was that I did not buy the shipping insurance and therefore it was not covered. I could pay $100 for the insurance plus $48 in shipping charges to get a replacement shroud. Terrible customer service. Beware.

  Tom Richie is a Awsome sales person, he has a wonderful attitude and knows his job very well, he took me straight to the replacement heatpumps I needed (PENGUIN 2 heatpumps) x2. Tom has a customer oriented attitude, it is people like Tom Richie that helps to make UNITED RV PARTS: the premier RV parts supply house of choice, I will continue to shop at UNITED RV PARTS for all my RV parts needs, I give UNITED RV PARTS and Tom Richie a full 5 star rating, Thanks again Tom Richie and UNITED RV PARTS SUPPLY.   Charles and the team at United RV got my TT in quickly and diagnosed the problem. They also performed a much needed inspection that uncovered other potential damage and problems. They ordered the parts and repaired it in just a few weeks. Great people and great service!

  If you are in the market for an RV you have to go visit Andrew Parker at United RV. I have been shopping for about 4 months I had lots of questions and walked out of a lot of places. Andrew was a pleasure to work with and was patient plus ensured I had all the time I needed to make an informative decision that what was best for me and my family. The deal he got me was by far the best in town! Do not buy until you at least have a conversation with Andrew!!!
