  One of thee best storage facilities in Tallahassee, the staff is friendly & the owner as well. The owner helped me put my belongings in storgae, I would recommend anybody to Jack In The Box for storage.

  I haven't experienced bad customer service in centuries till I came across this business. If there is no happy customer there isn't a functioned business and there is 0 tolerance for bad service and racism. I wouldn't recommend this storage to anyone down in the tallahassee area nor should you refer it to anyone else for that matter. Customers luggage should be put first and not last while topping it off disrespect came right along with the mis handling of the luggage. I personally don't agree with the "super friendly" comments but anything about the prices ? I will allow for the other reviews to reflect their opinion. Perhaps, change should be made and from the 2.7 stars a lesson should be learned that great customer service needs to be instilled within this company. Corporate would not be very please by the receive that many individuals has been receiving over the past few days,weeks,months, and years. Brace yourselves for terrible companies with rude employees because they are all around us (referring to this one). Good day. :)

  at first this place seemed promising, and was my last option so i chose it out of desperation. it seemed fine at first until i picked up my stuff, the owner was very rude dealing with a customer that had a complaint. next time ill stick to uhaul.
