Wouldn't exchange my defective bindings, board or boots that were under warranty. Brand new bindings pulled through the plates (defective) while riding down a mountain and almost died because of their defective product. Then they told me they don't honor product warranty. Then she told me to go "F" myself when I asked to talk to a manager and hung up on me. So I can't ride the rest of my vacation because I bought my set up from them. Never shop here.

If I could rate this place negative 100 stars I would.
I have purchased several items from this store. The staff has never been friendly. Bought a pair of 350$ Adidas boots. They came unstitched 3 days later Warranty problem. Would not exchange the boots. So my wife bought me a different pair. She bought a size to big. They would not refund or exchange them even though they where never worn.
Adidas did send me a replacement pair it took 2 weeks. I still have the boots that was to big.
OK then I get my Union Contact pro bindings from there.
The disks become wrapped.Warranty problem again. No exchange no nothing.. Union themselves told me most shops well just exchange so I don't miss time on the mountain. Well not underground.
The staff is rude takes things personal and has 0 customers service skills.
So long story short I paid 11,000 $ to come on a vacation in Summit County and since I purchased my gear here. I had to rent stuff because my vacation was only 10 days and it took the Manufacturer 2 weeks to replace my stuff.

This shop is great!!!!!' Super helpful/smart employees and a very "core" shop. Just swooped some new Rome katanas for less then I could online. Stop in and say hi or get a whole new setup you won't be disappointed

This is a great place to shop if you're looking for legit gear by reputable brands and some items that are relatively hard to find compared to the typical tourist shopping spots in Breck. They carry Jones, Burton, AK, RVCA, Analog & more. Great stuff!
