My wife and I both had a great experience taking lessons and buying gear at this shop. I feel like they just give solid advice - they try to read you and do what they would do in your shoes. Being a newer diver, I would much rather spend a little bit extra to buy my gear here than online.

I took took open water diving class. It was great. Had Austin as our instructor and not only was he very knowledgeable but he made the class very fun! I feel very prepared to take my open water dive. I highly recommend this place for all your scuba needs!

Update. Open water dive at the Homestead crater went great. Kevin instructed as and was patient and fun. So excited to be a certified diver!

Want to add that I purchased some things from the store. I used them on my dive and liked some and not others. When we got back the customer service was unbelievably wonderful. They took things back with no questions asked. I haven't had that good of customer service in years (if ever). Everyone in there cares, is willing to help and extremely nice. Thank you Underwater Phantaseas for everything! I will always be a customer!

Good people Dive shop & dive training facility. Certified here years ago & still go there to refresh my skills. Basic changing rooms, but nice & clean. Pool is warm.

We were only in there to spend about a hundred dollars on snorkel stuff, but the guy treated us like any other customer, answered all our questions thoroughly, and helped us pick out the best stuff for our needs and budget.

Local dive shop, a little pushy on the sales side. Nice selection, they have a house brand. The sales staff is very attentive and helpful. Walked us through the entire spread of gear.

We had a Discover Scuba party for our twins' 11th birthday party. We had 12 VERY, VERY Happy guests this past Saturday night, Sept. 2nd. These 2 parties back to back was such a HUGE hit because of the Scuba instructors, Kevin and Paul. None of the kids had ever done it before. Kevin and Paul did an amazing job working with all of the kids to make sure they knew how to safely have fun. Kevin went above and beyond and took underwater pictures for us with his special camera. I highly recommend these instructors and the idea of the Scuba party for a Great memory for your children and their friends.

I got my license here back when I was in Middle School I believe still to this day I can scuba dive without an issue.

Unfortunately I was unable to book a time that worked for me to become scuba certified with them, but my experience working with them and especially Jim was a pleasure. I was trying to get into a class to become certified and they did everything thing they could, calling numerous instructors, trying to move classes around, but nothing ended up working with my tight schedule. I will absolutely go back to them if I choose to become more certified, as I appreciated the 30 minutes they spent with me trying to make something work. I would highly recommend them based on their customer service.

I needed plain lenses for my mask, and Steve found an old mask in the back of the shop with lenses that fit my mask, and put them in at no cost. He did it in one day! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely shop here in the future.

I called to get certification prices and process information for my 23yo daughter who lives in Denver and it was a really frustrating experience.

The person who answered the phone was having to get his information from someone else and pass it along to me. That would not have been too bad had there not been several options to do this with. What should have been an easy 5 minute conversation ending up being really disjointed and confusing.

It just didn't inspire any confidence what so ever that i should invest $$$ in their services

I really like Underwater Phantaseas. We originally looked into getting certified at a different place but the people there were not as welcoming as the staff at Underwater Phantaseas. They are great! We got certified through them, we have done multiple dive trips through them, and do all of our rental stuff through them. I would really recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of any sort of dive services.
