  Going back to school was a big step for me and I'm so pleased that I did. American Sentinel's staff and faculty were very helpful during the entire process. During my program, our family had some challenges and I was able to work my courses around the time I had available. My SSA provided me with amazing guidance and helped keep me motivated when I needed it. Throughout to program, I was able to apply what I learned right away, providing a positive impact on how I approach projects and the people I work with.

  I had to exit my program and course one week prior to class starting; life happens. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not been reimbursed for my 100% refund. If American Sentinel wanted their money in a timely manner, you would have no choice but to pay. They don't care about the consumer as long as they get their money. I will never trust them again. I am filing a complaint with the Federal agency of Education.

  I've been working with American Sentinel University and their online nursing programs for several years. All the staff have been extremely helpful and are very professional. I would recommend American University for any nursing degree program.

  they don't know about their own programs.. when I call them regarding ms in health informatics programs the operator don't have any idea regards and she disconnected me..!!
