Tonight i dealt with the manager named Nikki, she was absolutely fantastic! Friendly and kind and made me feel like she truly cared about all the needs i may have had before i could even realize i actually needed them!! I hope she is well taken care of for it would be a shame for the company to lose such a treasure! Thank you for the great customer service i received tonight!!

One of my favorite restaurants that has the best pasta. Very cozy and warm where you can watch your favorite sport team and have a drink or two. If still hungry have good desserts as well. Can stay warm by the fire place.

Very friendly and helpful staff. No shortage of TV’s big or small in the sports bar section. Loud environment on the sports side, can’t speak to the dining room side. Food was absolutely delicious, many choices from pastas to sandwiches and pizzas. Entrees in the $15-$20 range, portions are large and shareable. No deep-fried mediocrity here where everything tastes like the fryer. This is a very good option for Italian themed food in the Grandville mall area. Worth a try.

I have always enjoyed eating here Great food and great service. The lunch buffet they have during the week is also very good. Whether you are just coming here for a drink or for lunch/dinner you HAVE to try the pizza puffs! AMAZING!

Won't let me give half a star last two times we ate here it was horrible!! Service and the pizza were the worst I've had in a very long time. Starting to think that it is this store because whenever we dine at any of the other ones it is great. Very disappointing we were really hungry only to be served stale chips and a mushy pizza. Will not be back there again.

They've raised the price and cut the portion size. you don't even get a salad with your entree anymore. That will cost you $1.99 extra. Terrible service and management. There are plenty of other restaurants in GR that offer better value and service.

Never had a problem until tonight with this location. Horrible service and management. We left before we even ordered our drinks. I will never be going to this location again. Sadly, because I love this location and have been going for years.

Great food. Good service. No complaints. Even with a packed parking lot, we were seated right away and service was speedy all around. The food was hot and fresh. Kids eat free on Wednesdays. (Grandville location)

Went there for dinner on mother's day. Was seated right away but that was it. Never greeted by wait staff and never got water. Left after sitting there for 15 minutes. They weren't even busy. There were way more empty tables than there was full.

I go to Uccellos quite often, it's a fun place to go. They serve great pizza, really good pasta, and a great list of regional and local craft beer. You can choose to sit in the sports bar or in a quieter dinning room. The staff is friendly and helpful in choosing a meal or beverage.

Took 50 minutes to be seated after being told it was a 20-30 minute wait. After we were seated we then waited another 10 minutes for anyone to come up. We ordered food right away and after 50 minutes of waiting for the food we had to flag down our waitress to ask where it was. It came out 10 minutes later and it wasn't even correct. To top it off, the staff and servers made little effort to apologize or help in any way.

We love this restaurant! They have great happy hour food specials and we love their pizza! They also have great food deals like on Tuesdays 2 for 1 burritos! On your birthday, you get a extra large strawberry shortcake dessert and a coupon to come back in six months and get half off your meal with the purchase of another meal. The atmosphere is much like any sports bar but they also have a dining room which is quieter. Service is good and I recommend this restaurant.
