Can someone explain to me why I cannot get a phone call back to SCHEDULE an appointment? I was diagnosed with cancer and an urgent referral was sent over. Next day, I was told that it had been escalated and "not sure why they haven't called you". This is completely unacceptable.

Love you guys. Came into the ER with crazy stomach pains. Thought i was gonna get some prescription strength pepto or something. Turns out i needed my appendix taken out. Y'all were fast, friendly, and professional. All the nurses taking care of me were super sweet and helpful. Thank you guys for everything.

Not very thorough. Staff is impolite. Takes a long time for the entire appointment. They do not return calls. Awful place to go to. Doctor does not seem very educated and does not address your concerns.

Well, at least I'm not the only one. I was delirious from what I believe were the drugs I was given. I was given meds and they let me lie in my own excrement, hog tied to my bed, no access to a help button. No water, until I felt like I walked half of Death Valley. They only reason I don't have a case with them is because, after being treated roughly, the nurse on duty, and her INSISTING I be restrained again, I kicked her assistant in the chest about 5 ft. back. BTW, regular rooms were great, ICU was a debacle.

Not from the area so just came to the closest ER to me. Worst mistake EVER! I am 5wks pregnant with unimaginable abdominal pain and spotting and I've been sitting in the waiting area for over an hour! Seriously?? Meanwhile all the nurses are so relaxed, laughing. But they were very quick about getting me to registration! Making sure they get paid first before making sure my child is okay??? I am livid. As soon as my ride gets here I'm going to another hospital. Only reason they get a one is because I can't give a zero. By the way I am still holding my cup of urine they asked for when I first got here. This ER is a freaking JOKE!!!!

This hospital is the worst and they are so rude to there patients!!!! They need to learn respect and morals and learn to actually listen to the patients dr that sent him there!!!!!!!
I dont usually do this kind of stuff but i thought id should give you my mother in laws review on this hospital!!
I hope they change there ways and learn how to treat there patients.

I was sent here -- over an hour from home - because I was told that closer MRI equipment did not give accurate results. This includes the two on Amelia Island; where I live. Knowing what I know I accept this as correct.
The staff members who conducted the testing were excellent and ultra professional. They got five stars.
I checked in with the lobby receptionist -- noticed for her ultra long finger nails pained in ombre pastels -- with eyelids to match. I told her that I had appointments at 9am and 11am. Apparently she did not see the 9am appointment and sent me off in search of what turned out to see my 11am appointment. It appears that they have no maps of an extremely complex system of interconnected buildings. After waiting while the receptionist -- in a glassed in booth helped someone else. She checked me in and then said my procedure was in 2 hours.
A call was made for someone to come and get me -- as if I had made the error and gone to the wrong area.
I was eventually checked in checked in and told to have a seat -- for 30 minutes. There was a loud blasting TV -- I only listed to the evening news and this was junk. In spite of the "no cell phones" signed everyone except me was screaming into a phone. It was extremely tension provoking. Perhaps this is why the staff was enclosed with glass.
The technician who performed my procedure -- was EXCELLENT -- she was professional and made me relax. But why while I was in a state of undress was she interrupted 4 times by people entering the room to
After this I was sent off to retrace my steps to the area I had started in.
This test was more complex -- and these people were great. Apparently the hospital no longer provides them with blankets to keep patents warm while in MRI tubes. They found some sheets
I called my ride, who was shopping, after the tests and decided to peek in the cafe for a snack. A single 6oz soup of tomato soup was $3.08 -- WOW. A simple lunch on a paper plate was $10.00. I am sure the employees get either free of highly reduced lunches.response / report this review -

Would not send my DOG to this roach motel! Held me and the wife hostage for 6 days after birth and released her with high blood pressure without checking her blood pressure just to cover their asses. Once home, blood pressure dropped 20 points and consistently stayed lower than the hospital readings. We are never ever ever ever ever going back here. If you want post traumatic stress disorder about hospitals for the rest of your life then this is the place you want to go. I still cry thinking about this and it's been 6 months.

My prenatal care was great then after delivery my midwife never returned my messages or calls for medical advice. I had to have an emergency vertical c section after 32 hours labor, they made a mistake of waiting too long and the doctor who told me I had to have it looked horrified which made me panic. I feel like they screwed up royally and it caused me so many issues. They never did the auth for my pump either and after almost 5 weeks they haven't got back to me for that either. Terrible care, I'm disgusted and would not recommend this place to anyone.

They get 2 stars due to everyone being so friendly and kind otherwise they would get zero. They had a month to scan in medical records, but didn't have it done for the Dr appointment. Then, instead of letting me know that they couldn't do anything today, they let us wait for over 2 hours.

I'm reading these reviews as I sit in my hospital room and I've got to say that everyone I've had to talk to has been very polite and helpful. The doctor's show real concern for me and I feel like I'm going to be taken care of. The nurses are sweet and very accommodating of my severe needle phobia. At no time did they make me feel bad or embarrassed for being scared. And with no insurance I thought for sure they would rush me out as soon as possible but they've admitted me and truly seem to be worried about my well being. I'm glad I came to this hospital.
