I've been trying to get my sons migraine medicine refilled for over a month now. Ive called and called and they say that they will take care of it, I go to the pharmacy to find that they haven't despite the pharmacies attempts to get it refilled As well. Today I finally get to speak with a nurse only to be told that they will no longer refill the medicine and want to send him to a neurologist instead!! I'm furious!! I specifically asked if I needed to bring him in the first time I called in for the refill!! This is completely unacceptable and now my son has to suffer because this office refused to call me and talk to me about this issue. I will NOT be back!!

This place is not recommended at all! Especially if you'll need medicine refilled monthly. They schedule patients when the doctor is off or even out of the country without even a curtsy call to let you know. You would think someone would look at the schedule for the day and see that a patient is due to come in with no doctor! And good lord! It's a constant fight to get my aunts meds refilled. The office is supposed to call it in, we go by the pharmacy and they know nothing about it. So we call the office who says they will "take care of it". We call the pharmacy and still nothing. Even they are asking for requests to get the meds filled. And still nothing. This is every freaking month! This month, again, we're waiting on a doctor or a nurse or someone who is not in the office for a freaking week to get back to send the info to the pharmacy that should have been dealt with the first time. I'm begging my aunt to find another office but she's been seeing Dr Laygo for years and is afraid to change. This office is incompetent. I've had disagreements before with the rude front desk staff, been hung up on and deal with the constant inability to call in the meds when their supposed to. How does this office even stay in business???
