This was a wonderful, clean, well staffed facility. The care was timely, thorough and completely professional. The staff were very friendly, attentive, professional and competent. Communication was excellent which is increasingly rare in the medical filed. We understood the diagnosis, prognosis and care plan. This is an amazing place.

My 90-year-old father recently spent 2 weeks at this facility after major surgery in Valdosta. I cannot say enough nice things about this facility and it's staff. Everyone .. the Hospital Administrator, Director of Nursing, Housekeeping, Case Management, Dietitian, Hospitalist physician.I mean everyone went out of their way to make his stay pleasant and recuperative. The facility was immaculately clean and the food was great. He began to significantly improve the moment he arrived. We had some issues with on-going medication after we left and they continued to work with me to ensure that there would be no gaps in his care. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel welcome. It is a positive, caring and healing environment unlike anything I have previously encountered in healthcare.

They have treated me numerous times at their emergency room for kidney stones. I've never had a single complaint!!
