  I have been a client at U-Turn for at least 5 years. My experience is predictably very good. Exceptionally clean, very friendly staff, and hair designers for every taste! There have been occasions when I needed "hair help" quickly and my usual stylist is busy.. No one is offended if I make an appointment with whomever is available at the time of my self-imposed crisis.
  Additionally, U-Turn is making good use of digital appointment setting, which means if it is 11pm and I want to schedule an appointment, I can do it while it is on my mind.

  I came to U Turn because I followed my hairdresser after he left another salon. I have been nothing short of amazed by how well this salon is run. U Turn is very invitingall of the staff are very friendly. The receptionist/shop manager is rarely ever sitting downshe is always buzzing around checking in on clientsemployeesand constantly up and cleaning the floors. They also focus on plant based products that are not harmful to your hair. Beyond amazed!!!

  I have been coming her for years and have always left more than satisfied. Kasie has done excellent styling for both my junior and senior proms. I routinely come to Kasie for a simple cut but have never left hating my hair. Before U-Turn I went to other name brand salon for example Holiday Hair and never liked what they had done. U-turn is very inviting, the staff is friendly, and you'll always leave there feeling great and with exactly what you wanted. I recommend this salon to everyone and will continue to come here for many more years.

  The people at U turn are so friendly and helpful! Kaci and Olivia have been cutting hair for my family for a couple of years now and always do a great job! The online scheduling is very convenient.

  I have been going there for a few years and they are awesome! My husband and 3 year old both go there too. I have never had a bad experience. They are professional and current with new trends and styles. I highly recommend them!
