I came in today and met Susan. I haven't had a haircut in three months and looked like a wild animal.She took her time and did everything I asked for. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable . She trimmed my beard and shaped it up. Best haircut I've had in a long time. Thank you Susan for the great haircut. I will return to see her and her only

I was surprised when checking out with a $5 "convenience" fee for having made an appointment. How crazy is that?
