I've been here a handful of times for various services. A few times to have my hair colored/ highlighted and recently for waxing. Every time I've been here I've left disappointed. The cost is that of an upscale salon, however the service is mediocre. Their location is so convenient for me so I want so badly for it to work out, but I always leave disappointed.

I would highly recommend this salon and spa to everyone!! The prices and service are far better than others in the area, not to mention it is more appealing to the eye. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I had my haircut by Lynn Leo, the owner and it was by far the best haircut I ever had. I also purchased a gift certificate for my girlfriend and mother. They were both equally as pleased with their massages and pedicures. My girlfriend even walked out with a scarf and a necklace from the retail area. They both really enjoyed the relaxation room and the service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I came in to get a VERY bad haircut fixed. The owner was very sensitive to my situation and talked me through everything he did and provided his expertise and knowledge to me so that I could get the best outcome. He did an incredible job! I cannot thank him enough! I HIGHLY suggest this salon to everyone!
