Purchased a Groupon to try this place out. The Nurse Practitioner who worked with me, Deidre was great. She made me feel comfortable as if I've been coming there for years. She had a great personality and only sold me on the treatment that I actually needed. Rather than other places I have been that were having me do more than what was actually needed in other areas. Therefore, I have my next appointment already paid for since I didn't have to use the entire groupon. #winning

I came for a microneedling because their prices were relatively inexpensive. I have had one microneedling before at a different establishment and LOVED it. My experience here was not good and I would not recommend.

The procedure was PAINFUL whereas when I had it before, it was not. My procedure the first time, the technician did my entire face, including around my eyes (which -- hello -- is where we need it!) The technician here didn't go anywhere near my eyes (or nose). The first time, they did my face three times -- I had to ask for it here to be done twice. I feel like I wasted my time and money.

I would potentially give Golla another chance if they have a different technician.

I've been seeing Dina, the esthetician for a few months now for microneedling and facials and couldn't be happier with the results so far. Dina is very knowledgeable and they have a wide range of treatments available for many different concerns, and makes the whole process easy and pleasant. The office itself is very clean and comfortable and there is ample parking.

I enjoyed my facial with Julie. I arrived early for my appointment and at my appointment time Julie advised there was a scheduling issue and she wouldn't be able to see me at that time. She asked if I could come back a couple hours later. She was apologetic and offered me another complementary facial and gave me some facewash for my inconvenience. I agreed to come back and felt she made up for the issue nicely. My facial itself was very nice and relaxing. I have sensitive skin but the products used felt great on my skin and I didn't have any real adverse reaction afterwards. I asked questions and wanted some info about my specific skin issues. Next time I would like more discussion and help with that. Overall I was very pleased with the service and accommodations. Looking forward to going back.

Julie is a great aesthetician. She took her time evaluating my skin before giving me recommendations. The peels I've had were great although quite invasive (skin everywhere) and the Obagi products she recommended to go with the procedure gave the desired effect. I'll be back in the fall to get rid of this summer's sun damage. Front desk staff is friendly and easy to work with.

I had a great facial here. The technician was very friendly and made me very comfortable. My skin looked and felt great at the end. I would have given them a 5 star rating, but the day after the procedure, I sent the technician a few questions including how soon could I return for another procedure. It has been 4 months and have never received a response. So I guess the answer was never. Too bad. I would have gone back.

It was my first time getting this treatment done and I was a bit nervous. But the staff was so knowledgeable, nice and very good at explaining everything to me I knew that I was in skilled and capable hands. I highly recommend it - if you want a team that you can trust and rely on their recommendations this is an upscale medical and very professional group that will fit your needs. I was with Julie, she was awesome!
