I asked for design on all my nails and only got it on 1 I won't go back.i also felt they were talking and laughing about me.

Usually go here to get my eyebrows waxed because the one older lady in there is AWESOME at it. I went in later today and got another lady, she nearly took off half of my eyebrows and made them paper thin. Do not recommend going after this experience. They look terrible

Was very unhappy with the services. I was refused a refund after I paid for services I did not receive. My fingers and toes did not match like I had asked them to. My pedicure was rushed and I was left with calluses and dead skin still on the bottoms of my feet. I did not receive the 10 minute massage that was advertised. The designs on my fingers looked unprofessional and sloppy. I do not recommend.

Had a terrible experience when the nail tec was taking off my gel polish he filed off my skin at the base of my nails. They were bleeding and protested to stop filing the skin, but I ended up with 8 of my 10 fingers with scabs! Usually have good things to say about this place by this experience was the last one here!

I had a lovely experience with my mother getting a pedicure. they were so kind to me unlike those at the mall and it was such a gentle adventure. I loved every minute and will be going here more often AND recommending it to everyone of my friends

So I usually very much enjoy going here and they tend to do a nice good with designs. My sister and I went today she had a picture of what she wanted for her gel nails, a simple black with silver tips. You would think they would be able to do that with no problem but they indeed messed it up, cut her finger and made her bleed and didn't give her what she wanted or payed for. I got a pedicure and the guy was very much rushing my experience. I got to soak my feet for maybe two minutes and asked for a white base color with a bright design with pink, orange, blues etc. When he went to get the colors for the designs I noticed that the one color I wanted and asked for wasn't there so I asked him if he had pink he said no, no pink. I then said well I would really like to have pink in the design he said okay okay and started the design. I ended up with yellow and black lines with a silver blob in the corner ( then to hide the blob of paint he tried to hide it with a gem) after he was done he never asked if everything was okay..he then just walked away so I figured I would go sit and let them dry. Many employees kept staring at me knowing very well I wasn't happy and not one asked if everything was okay or if they could fix it for me instead asked me to go and pay. Sorry for the long review but I'm very upset after all this because I go there all the time and seems like every time I go they're service gets worse and worse. I will not be wasting my time there anymore.

They are always friendly with us. My daughter is 4 and she likes to get a pedicure, they do a awesome job making different designs for her. I get the solar nails and they last a month before I need to go back.
