I had a completely different experience from those previously described. The gentleman who assisted me was pleasant, polite, and well-informed. I received quick service and was in and out in just a few minutes.

Very poor service and rude employees. We stood in an empty store for at least 20 minutes before anyone came inside to help us. My wife asked a question about the drop off day, and the employee told her, "Just let me get through the important stuff.". Then, he called on our way home and said he forgot to charge us for mattress covers, my wife asked if we could just pay over the phone, and he asked if she could call him back on his personal phone. Very shady. Definitely pick another U-Haul location.
