  Never go to this location if you want a valid diagnoses. I was unaware that I was pregnant, and it would have helped if they did an urine sample, or at least asked the 1st day of my last cycle, as with most providers this is their first question no matter the reason for the visit. I was diagnosed with travelers diarrhea and labs were taken for parasites, as I mentioned I recently traveled internationally. In reality, the parasite was a fetus. Thank God I never took the medicine that was prescribed to be prior to labs being returned; I was prescribed Ciorofloxacin. Needless to say, I was pregnant but labs were ordered for stool before a urine sample was collected. I saw Rebecca and the nurse was Maria. It wasn't even a busy day that day, which is rare for this location. I was unaware that I was withchild, but isn't that what RNs, NPs, CNA, MDs, etc. are for?

  Everytime I've been sick or the kid's we go to this urgent care and they have always been professional , nice and caring. I've even had to go 10 minutes before closing and the staff and doctor was still very nice and attentive. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but that's any urgent care. Overall this is my number one place to go when medical attention is needed!!

  Dnt waste your time soon as I walked in she said 30 mins I have been there over 2 hr then tell me my blue cross blue shield card dose nt have any information on me pissed every body there wanna take there own time wat makes it bad it was nobody in there wtf 😑😑😑😑😑

  Very nice staff. Don't go there without a reservation. I went there with a work injury and had to wait close to 3hrs in an empty waiting room. Waiting for the online reservations to come in.

  We were told an hour wait when we called but only waited 10-15 minutes to be seen! Super friendly staff and everyone was professional. Would return to this location. They are doing updates as well.

  The only reason I will give two stars is because I did not wait long to be seen by a doctor. However, other than that my visit here is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any doctor's office. The receptionist was rude, not friendly, and extremely inconsiderate. The doctor was rude, and very cold. The examination process was not explained to me, and i was extremely uncomfortable the entire visit. If there is any other urgent care that you can go to, I would absolutely suggest going anywhere but here.

  I am here at this urgent care now.
  I have been treated very well by staff
  The Dr. RICHARDS on call was great wonderful bedside manner. Very great and awesome visit. I would recommend this urgent care to be best! Thanks so much
  As far as my visit I was a little upset I didn't get any medication was told it was a virus and had to play it's course. Sad on that note.
