Decent hotel for a good price. Ample parking. Hotel was a bit dated for a Hampton Inn. I didn't bother with the free breakfast cause they didn't have any plain bagels.

Great room. Very clean. Breakfast is good. Make sure you double check if you book online they tried to double charge us. But the good news is they remedied the problem right away.

Check in was simple. The room was very spacious, everything was in order. Complimentary toiletries were all nice quality and the breakfast area was well stocked and organized.

The hotel itself was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint was that we paid for a room with two double beds, and when we registered the only thing available was a single double bed. The staff were helpful providing a cot for my kids but I would have rather just been able to get the room type I paid for.

I had a very pleasant stay this past weekend at Hampton Inn, Gastonia, NC. The staff was very friendly and very helpful if I needed anything. I will stay again and recommend this place.

Staff has always been excellent every time i have stayed at this location. The rooms are in good condition, and though not perfect to my preferences, the beds are comfy enough. Biggest plus for me personally is the presence of smoking rooms. Non smoking rooms are available, but it is nice to not have to trek outside to smoke.
