Staff was super helpful and service was quick. We were in a pinch and needed a truck right away. They suggested lower rate option to save us $ and switched out hitch to fit our camper. I'll likely not be back because I am out of state, but if you live here, I suggest that you use this location.

Waited in line while they guys behind desk ignored me. After I asked if there was a problem they said I was good. Never even looked at the truck I returned. Terrible customer service.

The service was truly terrible. We stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and none of the employees made eye contact.
