  In and out in under 10 minutes for truck pick up and drop off. Place is very clean inside and out. Tons of storage options, including outside access ground level, recommend a friend check it out for motorcycle storage.

  I would give this location a high rating if it were not for the General Manager at this particular location. His demeanor towards customers is very poor from my encounter with him in person. In fact, the employees that work behind the front desk and outside are friendly and handle customers with respect and kindness.
  
  When you call the number listed here, you are calling a U-Haul call center, not the actual location listed above. You cannot have direct telephone communication woth the location above; what happens is the call center leaves messages at the u-haul location that you wish to speak to. My most recent experience which will be my last was calling in to rent a vehicle dolly. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the General Manager, Boldwin Gideon, would contact me. I waited and never received a phone call back the day i called, nor the following day.

  The people that work here are the best. The manager is friendly and helpful. Reggie and Ricardo are on point. Johnny is the go to guy for hitch instalation and wiring. They have a lot of rental equipment. The only thing they need is more parking

  Love this place! I've been using them for many years and they're great! Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable! So nice to have a business that keeps up its good standards throughout the years.

  Amazing customer service from the guys at this location. However, they gave as a trailer with a tire with big blisters. It had treat left, but it was old with big blisters. Only one tire was bad.

  Great job on hitch installation today. Johnny Coleman got it done super fast, and everyone at this location was pleasant to deal with. I was very pleased with my experience. I'm sure the bad reviews on here come from some of the "not-so-nice" customers that I witnessed while there.
