We just completed a move using the services of Orion van lines and wanted to say thank you for a fantastic job. Erik our move coordinator provided stellar service before during and after our relocation.
I also wanted to commend James and the moving crew for providing a seamless transition to our new home. We have moved a few times before but this was without doubt our most positive experience .response / report this review -

I am writing this review with great pain, because I am not a person who usually write bad review for a business or a person. But Orion tested my limits. They couldn't do the move out on the agreed date and time. After that they took 18 days to do a delivery from Tampa to Minneapolis (Which on the first call with them they agreed will be done in 5 to 6 days). Now comes the final price which was never the agreed quotation. Now we can completely put all the blame on Orion since they are just brokers who arrange the move with actual mover companies. So they really do have much say in when they pick it up or deliver it. Also cost of packing and how they do it all movers choice. Orion is just a mediator in the whole process. The most frustrating part was Orion's attitude when I had a complaints about the whole process. They even threatened me if I write a bad review (I am not a competitor or has any person advantage in writing false facts on them). I bought a service from them and according to me it was frustrating and I was not feeling comfortable thinking my entire household things was with them. According to Orion they have mentioned everything in the documents I have signed. So read those documents carefully before signing. Hope this helps someone in future!

Absolute pleasure -- TWICE! I used Orion back in 2012 for a move from MD to FL and everything went well and communication (this is not to be taken for granted!!) was terrific! I got updates two days before moving, one day before, and day of. The move was on time and the drop off in FL was on time and all items arrived! I recently moved again from FL back to MD a few days ago, and again, precision! I knew I would be in good hands with Nicole from Orion so I contacted her and we got everything up and rolling again for the new move. Again, communication was regular and I so appreciated that! Movers were swift upon arrival, safely and carefully packaged everything, and the drop off in Maryland was ON TIME AND SMOOTH! Thank you, Orion Van Lines! To have had 2 different moves of this distance go as well as it did without any loss or breakage is out-standing. While I do not look forward to moving again :) I do look forward to working with Orion! A+++++

My wife and I needed to move from Colorado to Florida with a short notice and she was very stressed over that. We called Orion van lines which was in accordance with our financial plan and they figured out how to finish our turn in only one week. That was just astonishing for us. I need to thank this organization in light of the fact that they made an extraordinary showing and their administration was spotless. Highly recommended!

We have got 4 kids and a house full of stuff! When we had to move to our new and bigger house we contacted a few companies and asked for quotes. I have to say Orion gave us the best quote and managed the entire process professionally and efficiently. There were loads of boxes and they took great care of every single item, as they were their own personal things. I chose an exemplary company and suggest anyone who is looking for serious moving company to get in touch with Orion Van Lines.

Impeccable
My wife and I had to move from Colorado to Kasas with a very short notice and she was quite worried about that. We got a quote from Orion van lines which was in line with our budget and they managed to complete our move in just one week. That was simply amazing for us. I want to thank this company because they did a great job and their service was spotless. A+++ service!
