Had "Open" sign on. I tried to open the door - it was locked. There were two emploees inside. Both tried very hard to ignore me. Wouldn't come to the door. They let me figute out on my own that the place was closed despite the huge "Open" sign blazing.

Horrible Horrible experience. Made an appointment for a hitch through their central scheduling. Made it to the appointment and asked twice if two hours was enough time or I would need to go back another day since I had an appointment to be at. Two people confirmed I would be out of there by 12:30. So i stayed and paid before the service was done. By 12:30 I asked to see if they were almost done at which point the same person who I paid and spoke to about my need to be out on time said he told me it would be 3 hours! Wow. Right in my face this Derek man lied! I asked to speak to the Manager and Josh never came out. He said he was extremely busy. I never saw the manager. This is the one place you do not want to do business with. Super unprofessional starting with the store manager down to the mechanics. Never ever go there if you can avoid it. I was late to my appointment and they tried to blame this all on central scheduling. Not right since it was them there at the location who gave me the wrong time it would take. Do they have a cash/work orders needed to meet each day? Why would they not be honest and simply ask that I come back other day. No way to treat people at all. Oh and they saw that I came in there with 3 kids. Please be kind and honest to everyone especially to moms of little ones and never ever lie! What a bad example to our children.

Tried to book a trailer on very short notice, from my usual spot. They did not have said trailer and reserved one for me at this location. they got me in and out promptly.

I arrived back with it later than expected (after hours), and everything was checked in the next day without incident and without me actually going online or doing anything really (probably not recommended). They got me in and out with no hassle. What more can you ask for? Thanks!

This again was one of the worst experiences on 60th Goodhope. I will never come back to this place and hope that you realize that customers are the reason you are in business! I would give this place a negative syar if I could

Amazing service! Decided at 10 a.m. the day before a cross country move to NY I needed a trailer as well as a hitch and wiring on a 2007 Honda CRV. Called the Good Hope Milwaukee shop where I've done business before. They had a noon appointment available and amazingly had the hitch in stock! By 3 p.m. I was back home and loading for our trip early the next morning. Thanks so much UHaul Milwaukee!
