There's a certain individual that's an older male that works there. He is ridiculous over the past year of me calling for all of my items; 1. I always have to wait till the last ring for them to answer. 2. He's always the one to answer. I tell him I'd like to pick up my package, he then asks if I live in Elm Grove, ALL my my items are shipped from any company to Elm Grove and he claims my items aren't there, meaning the tracking number is supposedly wrong. This man is ridiculous and is always giving off a unprofessional attitude.

Honestly my fav post office. They know your name pretty quickly. Always friendly and never understaffed like some places.

Great friendly service, and the longest I had to wait for service was about 3 minutes. It is also located in a very nice area.
