Gave me some bs story why they couldn't fill my propane. Guy can't do math and jumps to saying you can't transfer that much propane. I have nowhere near the limit he claimed was illegal to transport.

Rude staff, showed up 3 minutes late for a rental I had scheduled, and made me talk through the door like a dog, im fine not being serviced per being late. But being in too much of a rush to spare a minute to speak to me as a normal person really put me off.

They wanted to charge me for an electrical adapter that cost more then renting the trailer itself. Disappointed. I cancelled the rental.

Be careful when booking online. I went to book a Truck on Friday on the website it says 0.79 a mile.
When you actually get to the store they will tell you it's 1.79 a mile because you booked it on a Friday or on Saturday. Total switch and bait. I would have booked my truck at budget if I would have known this. They do not tell you this until you get to the store. Even the email I had said nothing about a surcharge.

Didn't have the size truck I reserved causing me to make 2 trips and paying the movers overtime plus all the extra miles. The place I dropped it off even made the comment that I was played. Worst moving experience ever.

very slow staff. They were giving me hard time with the large boxes I bought online saying we don't have proof that you did or didn' get them yet. Charged me for gas even though the meter didn't change that much.

Its expensive.. $19.99 plus miles and on top of that we gotta put gas in it too.. i had to rent a truck twice in 2 different days.. thats $180 for both days.. thats to much.. i move to much..

Large and easy to find U-haul rental site with competent and helpful staff and a large selection of various shipping, packing, and moving supplies. The parking lot is a bit difficult to navigate, but not prohibitively so. They have a nice selection of vehicles and equipment for rent and also provide options for storage onsite. I would go back here.
