  A discus utility lock was not included with my safe move truck rental which made it very easy for my rental to be broken into (they tried to steal the whole damn truck). All my 4 year old sons toys (including things that where meant to be kept and passed on where stolen. All my towels, cleaning supplies, his winter clothing (winters here). A bracelet and watch worn by my recently deceased mother (passed end of august). All my hygiene and cosmetics. (please inspect your vehicle for prior damage as well as check to make sure the lock is proper). Waiting for the police ended up making my move near impossible(like most I had to go to work). I had to put it off (keep the truck longer) Putting me 250.00 in debt. All due to the type of lock (they say they include a discus lock grrrr). Its negligence. And a huge loss on us as well as many others (after our move we where due to be handing toys out to the kids at joy junction).
  This is most likely why so many Uhauls have been broken into.

  Worst of the worst, two locations visited both the the same horrible service. This is a business that needs to be gutted and new hires made. Just amazing..

  We rented the biggest truck for the best overall price. This location was one of the very few that had the big trucks. The truck worked well enough and we didn't have any issues. Managed to move our 3-bedroom house with minimal cost.

  Simple and clean. I actually left my wallet in the van I returned and they found it, kept it for me, and returned it when I came back. The van I used was clean and new, and the return was quick and easy.

  It's a great place to pick up a vehicle for in town. Location is Compact and tight and the staff is just okay. It took awhile to get my vehicle but I was able to secure it.

  I called asking for assistance. The person answering the phone just said Central UHAUL; I simply asked: Who am I speaking to? This person sarcastically said Central UHAUL again, and hung up on me. I tried calling again and this person would not answer the phone. My wife and I decided to take our business elsewhere. ***BTW discovered the name of the employee is Mark.***

  I've been to this place for just about everything they offer, trucks, storage, and packing supplies. The storage units are clean and secure. UHaul trucks are not my favorite, I find other companies have newer fleets usually, but you can't match that "low deck height". Their packing supplies aren't cheap, but they have a lot of stuff.
