For our family of five, it cost us $80 and it was totally worth it. The ride up was amazing and then you get off at the top and Bam, your hit with some of the most gorgeous views you can ever see. You are allowed to walk around for as long as you like before coming back down. There is a building to warm up in(we went in November and it was 45 at the base and 32 at the top plus it was super windy) and there's a snack and drink machine, restrooms and great views. The ride back down was even better than going up.

A great view of the city. Awesome place to be and enjoy natures wonders. The views are priceless. Please remember to take a jacket or a sweater. The temperature can drop 20 to 30 degrees on the top. A must see if in Albuquerque

This was my 1st time on the tram. What a great experience! The views are amazing on the way up-and-down especially at night while seeing the city lights. Even did some hiking up top which was nice and peaceful as well. The leaves were changing colors so that was an added benefit. Mateo was a great Tram Operator and made the experience extra fun! (Even if he did make us laugh at all of his corny jokes). I will definitely be doing this again!

Perfect inexpensive and quick adventure. The views will literally take your breath away. Over 6,000 ft up coming down after sunset. The city view and lights are amazing. The guide was very good with the crowd as well. If your coming down after sunset take a jacket.

    Take Insect Repellent!
We didn't need any jackets or sweaters on this trip at the end of August.
Great experience! Wonderful views and friendly, accommodating staff.
With all of the rain we've had, I would recommend taking some type of
    "Insect Repellent".
Also, if you have a pet, they do have accommodations up there for pets. I saw 4 or 5 cages for pets.
The gift shop is outrageous in pricing, and I bet you can find same items for less at other locations. Definitely, They need more bathrooms.

Riding the tram is well worth doing! Adults for $25 and kids for $15 isn't bad for the amazing experience you get in return. I'm scared of heights, so the "do one thing every day that scares you" requirement was well met. As you're going up, there's a tower at the top, and we thought the trip would end there, but it's the 1.5 mile span after the tower that is most dramatic. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. The experience is like flying, but without the hassle of an airport.

Try to go at an off-peak time, because the cars can indeed be overcrowded. A position by the front window of the tram is ideal. Bring a windbreaker or jacket, because it will be a lot cooler and a lot more windy at the top than where you started. The views from the top are fantastic!

This is an amazing place to visit! We spent our time up at the top exploring the trails and going right up to the edge and taking in the spectacular views. It was awesome! Really enjoyed the tram ride both ways. Loved the descriptions given by the tram guides. We met a couple of ladies who had hiked up the mountain (4 1/2 hours) and were riding back down - that explains the one-way ticket option!!!

Hiked here on the Tramway trail from a house we rented. Didn't take he tram up because it's kind of expensive to do a two way trip but you can pay $15 to go one way and then hike down the mountain. It's pretty intense though. I heard it's like a 8 mile hike back down. Awesome views though.

Amazing trip, worth every penny. More fun than the Pikes Peak trip. Loved it, and once you get up there there's a lot to do, plenty of trails and its so green and full of wildlife

Amazing place to go! The view is breathtaking and when you go to the top there is a restaurant with great food! There are great trails. When I was on the tram I felt safe I didn't feel like the cable was going to snap.

Been on the tram before 8 years ago but this was the first time with my 4yr old son. The staff helped me make this a great experience for me and my son plus it was his birthday wonderful experience. Staff was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Even though they were busy at the time I want the few staff employees were very nice and that mase it even more of enjoyable experience for me and my little one.I personally think it's well worth the price for the whole experience. Restaurant at the top was under construction would like to see what it's like when it's up and running. Hopefully this year.

Beautiful place even if you do not ride the tram up the mountain. Tram is $25 now a little expensive. Can see Albuquerque from higher vantage point. Gift shop worthwhile. Can find worthwhile items if you look. Restaurant has patio and reasonable prices. Mountain top restaurant is being renovated. I visited last time for a drink and appetizers. That is a must do too!
