Ben Bridge was very accommodating and helpful for my boyfriend and I. I love the engagement ring that we selected from B.B. Fine Jewelry and really superb customer service. I highly recommend Ben Bridge to everyone.

Bought a necklace several years ago that was sold as sterling silver found out last week that the pendant is the only thing that is sterling silver. The bail is also marked as ss so I figired the chain it is attached too would also be ss but turns out the bail and the chain are not ss at all. Really misleading!

Senior Associate @ Cottonwood Mall will treat you like a common criminal and someone untrustworthy if you want to return an item - even though you have spent thousands of dollars there on previous transactions. I used to think of this as a higher-end store in ABQ, but it has now been dumbed down to compete with the likes of Zales. The customer service that Ruth provided when she was there is now long gone.
