Always long lines here and 50% of the staff is good 40 alright 10 kinda rude. Store is usually clean though and everything is kept tidy.

I went there because several things I was checking out online we're supposed to be in stock at that store. I gave up after the first 3 were not. Definitely should have stayed home. Lol.

Found exactly what I was looking for, however for a store that wasn't overly busy they had long lines since they only had 2 cashiers. The store was well stocked going into thanksgiving . It seemed all the employees were concentrating on stocking the racks. The four stars was for the lack of attention for the customers who were actually shopping and spending money, but it didn't seem to be a concern to the employees.

Prices are higher then most other department stores in the area, they do have a better selection than most in regards to clothing

I visited the Steeubenville Pike store on 9-18. I saw a pair of New Balance shoes on sale for $49.99 but I didn't have the money at the time. I returned on 9-19 only to find the shoes had gone back up to $64.99 The manager, Bob, gave me the sale price of $49.99 even though the sale was over. Thank you Bob. You made me very happy on my 66th birthday.

The store is good and the staff as well. I like the deals in clearance section for kids and mens, but not much in women's. I would shop here again.

Not great quality of clothing for women. Empty shelves and racks, not a good selection of sizes. Good luck finding an employee if you need help.

Always good deals if you have a Kohls charge. The 30% off coupons are awesome and the Kohls cash and Kohls rewards seem to make up for any interest you pay.

Typical Kohl's. Usually no problem with selection and sizes, usually staffed well enough to keep the store going, even during holidays. I rarely wait in line for checkout. Parking is plentiful and in a good location.
