Our engine blew January 2 coming home on vacation 25 miles south of Dalton. Although a difficult and desperate situation, we were so glad this occurred near Edd Kirby's Adventure. We were stranded and emotional. First the service team was exceptional. They exhausted every avenue trying to find a solution coordinated by Kelly Chapman. When it was determined that repair would be expensive and locating a new engine could take several days, we decided a new vehicle made more sense. We then worked with John Rhodes in sales who was very patient and thorough. We purchased a 2017 Equinox and could not be happier with our experience. Although under difficult circumstances we feel blessed to have been near Edd Kirby's Adventure.

Hollywood is an exceptional person to work with. He has worked with us for so long and was finally able to get us into a car after counseling us on getting our credit right in order to help us get into the right car for us. what can I say we love coming to Ed Kirby because of LaDale Howell! This is our 4th car from him and we refuse to use anyone but LaDale. He goes above and beyond in customer service. He's friendly and makes you feel right at home. He always gets us the best deal possible. which is why we will always keep coming back to him for our vehicles. Don't bother with anyone else, LaDale Howell is the only way to go!
