I stayed at the Tuscany Hills Retreat a night before the Temecula Half Marathon and only because all the Temecula hotels were sold out. The motel has large rooms with outdated appliances but clean beds and bathrooms. The grounds are also in a need of upkeep. The parking lot is small but inadequately lit, which unfortunately resulted in a break in into my vehicle.

I am here now and there is no running water. Do not rent from these people. When we checked in they said the water would be back up in about an hour. We went to visit our kids and came back 4 hours later and still no water and no one in the office and no one answering the phone and no emergency contact number and no note on our door or a phone call to let us know there would be no water. The rooms are also musty smelling and the beds are poor quality. Worse place I have ever been to. I am expecting a full refund!

Checked in around 9pm at night drove 7 hours, I booked a deluxe double bed room, we were excited to stay there but as soon as we walked in our room it was so hot, it was way cooler outside, went to turn on ac and it was a cheap portable ac unit with a huge hose that was shooting out hot air, I went to front desk told the employee he admitted it takes a while to cool off, I waited about 30 to 40 min it was still very hot and uncomfortable my daughter was hot and uncomfortable and started to feel sick and nausea, then started vomiting, so I went to front desk let him kno it was too hot and I couldn't stay there , I had already paid for two nights, he then tells me he can only refund me for the second night and that it was there policy to charge me still, which I told him I didn't not cancel my stay but the room was too hot and uncomfortable and cheap ac wasn't doing anything. I asked for another room to switch to which they supposed didn't not have.so I ask to speak to owner he then said that I have to call the next day. I called four times and he supposedly wasn't there, then hours later the guy from front desk says that the owner says I can't have my money back for the hot stuffy room. Mind you it was after 10:00 at night and I had to drive around with my kids to find a hotel that had availability, ended up going to motel 6 with a running cool ac. So if you like to be in a hot stuffy room then stay there. If not don't waste your time or money. I'd actually give them no stars if I could.

What an amazing little gem is a perfect low hassle romantic getaway. It's right off the 15, a peaceful little oasis surrounded by big pines and lush landscaping with a nice breeze most of the time. The rooms are very clean, pool and four cascading jacuzzis are well maintained and great to relax in day and night. The staff is super friendly. We'll definitely be back when we need a nice staycation - drop the kids at the grandparents and get serious about relaxing for a weekend :)

We had a nice & quiet 2-night stay here while in town for a friend's wedding. We were surprised by how empty the place was because it turned out to actually be a wonderful little getaway. Our room had a queen bed that was incredibly comfortable, a balcony overlooking the pool, great water pressure in the shower, and a comfortable couch. The pool, jacuzzi, and spas were also very nice. They have a couple cabanas by the pool that enabled me to work pool-side all day. At night, the "soaking pools" were very relaxing. They consist of 4 cascading jacuzzis in an secluded area by the pool. Overall this place is a great place to stay for couples who are on an anniversary or just looking to chill out for a weekend.

A beautiful property, maintained and obvious improvements by new owners who are serious about making this venue a place where their guest experience is exceeded. Their grounds are meticulously maintained and gorgeous, right next to a beautiful golf course and perfect for a lawn wedding or an outdoor jazz festival. The soaking tub is unusual, the pool was sparkling clean. I saw two banquet rooms and met an enthusiastic staff who were eager to tell me all about the property. Freeway close yet a hidden gem - I see big things for Tuscan Hills Retreat!

Lovely hotel grounds around hotel. Very friendly staff, that went out of there way to try to find numerous restaurants I might like for dining. Room was clean. No problems with the bed or bathroom. Hard finding early breakfast near hotel.

Please ignore old reviews, a new management company and/or owner took over and this place is great! They are continuing to constantly upgrade and improve, so like I said, ignore a lot of what was said!! This is great place to stay - rooms have been updated and are clean and very nice. We absolutely love the whole feel of
