Never had bad service/food here until this past Sat. afternoon. Not busy, only 5 ppl there. Our apptzr took forever to get, dip was barely luke warm, chips were cold/stale/clumped together, literally could not eat some of them. Rest of meal (2 blts and a ch. burg w/o bun) took an extremely long time.. and the chs for the burger was literally just set on top before serving. We picked it up and it was not warm or melted at all. My sis had to go to bar to get refill on iced tea. Had to flag a 2nd waitress for rest of drinks. Disappointed. Hopefully next time will be better!

    -Well it's not Turkish food.
-The mozzarella sticks are actually good though. They're bigger than the usual sticks you get places and they tasted like they were actually made in the restaurant, not dumped out of a frozen bag.
-They were mind boggling slow, like, I was there for two hours slow. They only had one waitress working and she was trying her best. When other workers showed up they all looked like they were trying to fix the serving speed. The owner, shift manager, and everyone was on the floor helping, giving me the impression that our wait time was not the norm(went on a Saturday mid afternoon).
-The food was okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't my cup of tea(i was expecting Turkish cuisine). That being said it's the kind of food everyone I know likes except for me, so you'll probably like it.
-The fiid was reasonably priced, but you did have to pay extra for fries.
-The Turk fries were disappointing, especially because I believe on the menu it said "famous Turk Fries". They tastes like old good truck fries.

Disgusting. First does management have the employees clean at all?? From the cobwebs and dust on the picture at our table, the dusty windowsills, the dust on the booths, and let's not forget the extremely noticeable dusty baseboards. Ordered our drinks and a appetiser. We received our drinks when she came to take our order. She seemed shocked that they didn't magically appear by themselves, pretty sure that's ur job waitress. Got our appetiser of mozz sticks. Cold and disgusting. Our burgers had onion rings on them that were still gooey from the batter. Our waitress Heather was snotty and rude. I'm giving the one star to the waitress named Amanda for starting her shift and picking up on Heather's lack of service and kindness. This restaurant and staff has definitely lost it's appeal to our family.

Not a lot of vegetarian options, but the tree hugger rap is stellar. French fries also delicious.

A great big thank you to Turks for doing an outstanding job of accommodating our surprise Birthday event last night! Our server did an incredible job of taking care of our larger than expected crowd ( 50+ people) Our appetizers were brought out on time and our guests who ordered additional food off the dinner menu were very pleased with their meals. I personally had the berry salad with grilled chicken and it was delicious!! Kudos to Turks for making our event perfect!!! I have received nothing but great comments from our guests about the fantastic service and food!!

All the food is "dutch" seasoned, meaning none at all. The staff is friendly when you actually get served but the place just has an odd feel.

The bloody Mary's were excellent. So yummy. I had the chicken strip club which was good and my Mom had the Cali Reuben which she loved. The onion rings are also really good.

We always have great food and great service when we come to Turks. We mostly come for dinner year 'round, and breakfast in the winter months. Their Western omelette is delicious and their coffee is really good too. The staff is always nice to us.
