After many bad experiences with this place, I️ am now ready for this review. I️ will no longer order or dine here. My last 5 orders have been incomplete, or we get the wrong order. Every time I️ call back I️ get the worst attitude from them, as if I’m at fault for their mistakes. This time our fried chicken was less than cooked raw!!! Completely raw!!! I️ call back to get our dinner plate replaced, for what, so I️ can get attitude from the guy who took my order! Their customer service is horrible. I’m the paying customer here!!! How this place is still in business, is beyond me. Why I chose to order from here again, was a bad mistake on my part. But rest assured, it will not happen again. Needless to say, my friends and family no longer order or dine there, I️ understand very well now. Yes it took more than several times for me to give up on this place. But is definitely over now! Good Luck Antonio’s Pizza! If You guys don’t train your staff better and serve better quality food, you will not be in business long. Listen to your customers and change things. It would be sad to see this place go down for the poor classless employees running this place!
Great tasting food. A bit pricey though.
I always ask for names when I order and I have had multiple experiences. My favorite employees Georgeana, Sarah, and I believe his name is Devon. The pizza is okay, but these workers make it worth it and have the best customer service in town. They're polite and kind, some of the other workers do need some serious improvement.
Good place to bring the kids. Pizza was tasty p
Never Fails!!! Best Pizza Ever!!! I Love the Marinara sauce they use here and the Owners/staff r Great people!!! Thank u for always making my stomach and I so happy!!!! No Jokes Best Pizza place n Town!!!
Called in a phone order for a cheese pizza. When I got there I was told no one took my order and I must have called the other store. Had to show them the number I called which was theirs. She said, "oh, that's us". She was very nice and asked if I wanted them to put my order in while I waited (some more). I did, and got to pay full price for my inconvenience. She did apologize and was very nice.
There is always a wait. Even if no one is there. Service is terrible. Food is ok. Large game area for the kids. Good place for team pizza Parties.
Rude service totally forgot our order after and hour we asked for it and were questioned as if we got it and was lying! We ended up asking for it to go . . . we will never be back! I'd rather make the drive to Danny's pizza in Yucaipa!!
I just called to make an order for delivery after about 10 mins of me trying to explain to the guy over the phone my order he then tells me that he can't take my payment over the phone because there's no many ppl at the register. I asked him how long for deliver he said about 40 mins and he will call me back to pay for my food. After 30 mins of no call back I called them and said I would like to pay for my food and see how long more the wait is. The man over the phone then says the delivery guy is already out on a delivery and my food has not been made yet. I told him after 30 mins of already waiting you still haven't started my family's dinner yet he said no. At that point I canceled my order . This was completely ridiculous and I will never go here again!
Expensive for cheap ingredient pizza. Tastes like a plain cheap frozen pizza. Not worth it. Its not very clean in there. Seats are very dirty.
Generally good pizza. We have it delivered most of the time and it is always hot and not as greasy as some other places. We do not have very many pizza places that deliver up in the northern part of Cherry Valley so we were delighted to have this one recommended To Us by a good friend. They not only have good pizza but they also have fresh salads and pasta dishes. With a smartphone, you can look up their website and have access to a full menu and the phone number. Again, delivered hot and fresh. They recently raised their prices (which does not show on their online menu because I was told they did not know how to change their online menu). Because of this they are getting a little too pricey for us who are on a fixed income. But generally we can get a large pizza which saves on the cost and gives us the value of 2 meals. One little trick to that is the order half of it has one kind and the other half as another kind, which they will gladly do if you make it clear to them. Or we order a pasta dish and one solid and together the pasta and the salad will feed 2. So when you look at it that way the value is there for good food. Should their quantity change to a smaller portion it would not be worth the money to people on fixed incomes. We order about 2 times a month.
