So frustrating because the food is good but the service and organization is very poor!! I did a phone order and still waited 20 min, people came up asking for bill cause they waited too long, couldn’t find my bill.. GET MANAGER TO RUN THINGS!!

It used to be better. Prices went up for their lunch menu and quality was reduced. It's pretty cheap still though.

They used to have really slow service, but in recent months they have improved. Good quality food with a large selection. Great lunch specials as well.

it was okay, the sushi pieces were kind of small, but it's a good location and pretty average on the price side for the kind of sushi you are getting and the staff is really nice.

Went there with some friends on a Tuesday night. There were a few people in the restaurant and the 5 of us. We waited for the food for more than half an hour, plus one of us didn't receive any food. Finally, after almost one hour and after complaining with the staff, all the food arrived. The sushi is decent. Good deals with the combo, but nothing special at all.

Craving sushi after an afternoon of exploring The Broad and feeling a hunger going on. Glad Starfish Sushi was open early at 4 pm on a Sunday. Yay!

I got the Starfish Sushi seasonal set, which came in 9 pieces of nigiri. It was the right amount of food and fit the bill nicely. Glad they were able to accommodate our group and put us in a quiet corner. Service was attentive and nice. Food came out fairly quick and kept on refilling our drinks.

I hope you give this place a try. Cheer!

The food looks tasty, but after waiting an hour (and having to flag down the eye-rolling waitress to even order) I still haven't gotten anything so I can't actually comment to the quality.

Small update, shortly after posting my original review it was revealed that they did not know that ramen is traditionally a soup, and at that point we just gave up.
