If you are health conscious, this place is perfect! they offer pizza, sandwiches, salad and wraps, they have breakfast as well. You can order glutten free bread. Their food is clean, fresh and healthy.

Excellent place to get good, fresh food. Burgers are good, salads are good, French Fries are the best in the area. If you're sick of the usual places do yourself a favor and give them a try.

I've been going to Cafe Fresco - Paxton for 13+ years -- and I don't even live in PA! Use to go there at least once a day back in the early 2000's when I was in H'burg on business. The food was great -- then and now! My wife and I always make a point to go through H'burg when we travel north so we can stop by Cafe Fresco. Highly recommend.

Order your food, sit at a table, they bring you your food. You get your drink when you order. Sea food wrap was delicious but the pricing was a little more than a Deli. 40 for 3 sandwiches and drinks. Water qnd lemonade. Drinks are refillable. All in all a nice place. Tvs for your pleasure

Great food that arrives quickly. The outdoor seating is great. Some of the indoor seats take some getting used to. It can be a bit loud inside and you sit relatively close to the other patrons. I usually go for a standard cheeseburger, but I have also had spinach pizza, Caesar salad and this Mediterranean chicken in a pita with feta, Greek dressing and tomatoes.
