Avoid this shop at all cost. Most locals are aware of how untrustworthy the service managers always are.

This week is finals week for me at school, and of course my car had to break down..
I went into Tuffy and in UNDER AN HOUR they were able to tell me what was wrong, give me an esitmste, and fix it for me at a reasonable price! Their customer service was outstanding, extremely impressed!response / report this review -

They have done a lot of work on the vehicles for both me and my family, and the service seems to depend on which mechanic works your car. Sometimes they will resolve the issue, other times you might as well flush your money down the toilet because they'll tell you something is broken when it's not.

Been doing business with them on and off for 4 yrs never had a problen with them to speak of. I like that I can get my vans fixed by quality mechanics, make payments and still have my vehicle.

I'm have always received great service at this location. From a light bulb for my headlight to extensive brake work.
Niels and Dan are both great to work with.
Dan was awesome to work with on brakes.
Kind, fun, proffessional. They have a payment plan if you are in a jam. A local large tire chain wanted to charge me 100.00 just to check my transmission fluid in my truck and I had spent 800.00 dollars with them months before.
Tuffy Grand Haven did it at no charge because all checked out. If you are a female you can trust these guys!!!!

Got my car in-got my car out. Dealer wanted $65 just to look at my car. Tuffy fixed it for $4. That's a four, folks. Price, quality, service; the name of the game.

The new manager Sean is Great. He gets you in and out with a minimum wait. If you have to be somewhere they offer a complimentary car for you to use. Great prices and the job is done right!
