FANTASTIC CAR WASH! We drove though a paint puddle. Oops. Pulled in and for JUST $5 they took GREAT care of us and scrubbed all the icky latex paint off the car! Went through the car wash and then got a TOWEL DRY! This was great!!

I am on Mechanic I know my car inside and out. I went to Fast Eddies they told me my fuel filter was bad. I just changed it 3 weeks ago. They told me I needed new wipers and I changed them not more than two months ago. They told me I needed a new air filter and I changed it with my fuel filter 3 weeks ago.
I went there because I was lazy and didn't want to change my own oil and they offered the same price it would have cost to change it myself. Fast Eddies tried to empty my wallet as fast as they can.

I wouldn't go there again. They asked me if I wanted the high mileage oil, I declinedas I always have. They billed me for the high mileage oil anyway (which was about twice as much). I didn't look at the credit card receipt before I signed it (my fault), but when I got home, I noticed that they charged me twice as much as as advertised.

I called them to tell them of the mistake. They told me that the would reimburse me the money. A week or so went by and they still hadn't reimbursed me. I called them againthey told me the same thing (that I would get reimbursed). That was almost two months ago and they still haven't fixed their mistake.

In addition to this, they spilled oil all over under the hood of my car when they removed the oil filter (which is an inside filter at the front of the engine). They spilled oil and didn't even bother to try to clean it up.

Soyeah, good going Fast Eddie's of Muskegon. I will take my business elsewhere, and I hope people reading this post will consider doing the same.

NEVER GO TO FAST EDDIES!!!!!!! I went there to get a standard oil change and front/rear diff fluid change and they got fluid all over the bottom of my car and over filled all my fluid including my transmission fluid. They also lied in what they did to my car. They said they cannot service my transmission but when I left there was tranny fluid all over my car from it being over filed. I had to take my car to my mechanic to get it fixed. I asked for a refund and they refuse to give it to me. Also the customer service is terrible. I would give 0 stars if possible.

They do a good job. I dont feel like the ever try to badger me into buying extra services while im there. There is a car wash that is connected which makes it very convenient to get my car washed after an oil change.

I'll have to say the opposite of what Dylan Grave says below. Fast Eddies has always treated their customers with respect and answer any questions they may have about their vehicles. They even pumped up my tires and checked for a rattle by request, for FREE!
Their car washes are much cleaner and the hand towel dry is an added bonus. The soaps look and smell good. Their service makes you leave with a smile knowing your money was well spent.
